Over the past 12 months, I scaled my Marketing Agency from $0 to $400k MRR. One of the main reasons for our quick growth is our offer positioning and the fact that we leveraged a unique mechanism on our funnel. Let me explain this. My Agency is offering growth to e-commerce brands and our “unique vehicle” for that growth is TikTok Advertising. Basically, we leverage the fact that our prospects have the shiny object syndrome expecting that TikTok ads are going to change their business for the better since that is the only thing they haven't tried. But on the sales call, I change their false beliefs and actually sell them something that they actually need.
