It’s the end …. I would like to give a special thanks to Cécilia Nehou and Virginie Bouvier for giving me the chance to join Baby Dior and a special thanks to the amazing team I had 😊😊. Completing my final year internship at Baby Dior (a business unit of Christian Dior Couture ) was an amazing experience for me. As a sales administration trainee, I was in relation with almost all the departments notably the supply and logistics department, the quality and compliance department etc.. Some of my mission were as follows: -tracking of the turnover on the wholesale zone, preparation of orders on the software, control of customs documents and other diversed missions. The thing I will remember the most about my internship was the autonomy I was offered, I really felt like a value member to my team. I was able to develop many skills such as self confidence, being proactive, improved my communication skills which will be beneficial to me in the pursuit of my professional endeavors. The internship also allowed me to face unexpected events and I had to learn how to manage them. Further, the internship allowed me to understand what it is like to work in a large publicly and prestigious company, it’s process and methods, as well as its standards. I was able to improve my soft and hard skills 😊😊😊. I will remember fondly the diversity of tasks to be carried out each time and realized the importance of a good atmosphere in a team which allows to work in a good working condition. One thing Iwould like to say is, when you want to achieve something, go for it, don’t be afraid. To be honest, when I applied for an internship at Baby Dior, I was afraid I wouldn’t be qualified enough and wouldn’t be able to do the job, but in the end Baby Dior knows how to welcome you and how to nurture your capabilities. I had a unique experience which I would like to recommend to any student. Be yourself, be confident and take the chance.

I’m grateful to the team for giving me the opportunity to put in practice the knowledge acquired in the past two years at Università Bocconi. More than 25 years of the company's experience in the fields of amenities and cosmetics will allow me to learn about market trends and customer approach. Inside LVMH Certificate Achievement I am thrilled to announce that I have successfully completed the Inside LVMH Certificate, an amazing journey through the luxury industry with many interesting, insightful and eye opening lessons. Over the past few weeks, I participated in different modules, heard compelling stories, put my own skills to the test, experienced the complexity of the luxury industry and enjoyed hearing from a range of different changemakers at the Group. With 75 Maisons spread over six different sectors, LVMH is a global leader renowned for its exceptional craftsmanship, innovation, and timeless elegance. I explored: Industry & Promotion, in which LVMH unique business model was presented together with the brands ecosystem. Luxury & Sustainability, during which I got a closer look at which environmental and social strategies are being implemented. Creation & Branding, throughout which I learned about the importance of a brands DNA. Retail & Customer experience, where I learned how crucial human relationships are. The high amount of learning videos combined with the “Test yourself” and content repeating quizzes, allowed for me to intensify my understanding of the given module. With the real world examples, group managers, talents and CEO’s INSIDELVMH has equipped me with a great team of instructors. As I move forward, I am excited to apply the acquired knowledge gained from the certificate to future internships. Congratulations to my daughter Chloe Looi for securing a much-coveted 12-month Digital Marketing Placement role at L'Oréal commencing July 2024, in their #London office! The #recruitment process was multi-step with online tests and assessments, leading to a whole day in-person interview with other shortlisted candidates. The interview itself was 3-part: - A group exercise to test leadership, teamwork and other skills. - A presentation by Chloe of her digital marketing strategy for a case study (given to them only 4 days before the interview) - A 45-min interview I am really proud of how much time and effort Chloe dedicated to researching and preparing for the case study presentation, about L’Oreal and the beauty industry and generally getting herself ready for the interview. I stopped working for 16 years because I made a conscious choice to personally bring up both my children. I’ve watched Chloe work hard on her studies and personal development over the years, with consistency and dedication, at The British International School of Kuala Lumpur, Oxford Sixth Form College and now The University of Bath As a mother working and living in Malaysia, I can only watch from afar with pride and excitement, as Chloe continues to grow and develop in England into a working adult and begin her career in digital marketing. Consistency is key. I am confident that Chloe will continue to give 100% to her studies and to all the roles and responsibilities that she take on. Keep shining, Chloe!
