Our Insights partner, Ipsos US, has analyzed the data from our 2024 #effieUS Awards, uncovering key trends in the entries. Interestingly, 79% of this year’s gold winners challenged category conventions, compared to 64% of non-winners. Gold #effies winners Workday and Ogilvy “The True Rock Stars Of Business” is a shining example. The campaign broke with convention to help untether Workday from its more limited reputation as an HR specialist, ultimately boosting brand consideration by +65% and building greater recognition for Workday’s broader product portfolio.
