There is a sunglass company which sells sunglasses under the name 'Happy to' in New Zealand. they wanted to register the name 'Happy to sit on your face'. But the New Zealand Companies Office refused to register "Happy to Sit on Your Face" as a company name in 2019, deeming it offensive and likely to cause "reasonable offense" to some people.
