These layered drinks, using floaters and sinkers, create an ombré look. Floaters and sinkers not only make drinks look nice, but they enhance the flavor of the drink themselves. For a restaurant, success is all about standing out, especially in a city like New York. In the age of influencers and social media, a restaurant’s aesthetically pleasing drinks reach far beyond its walls.
