This photo doesn’t do the last few days justice. Conferences(Assemble Holidays would be a more appropriate name) often seem to come at a time when you don’t want to be away from your desk etc. BUT wowee was it great to let the hair down over the last few days, get to know people from our sister businesses better and to get the “good oil” from some of the best in the business about what’s helped them be successful in business and to build successful businesses. The common denominators were the importance of hiring good people, with shared values, who will add to an already great culture, be kind and to provide opportunity. Look forward to the next one.

The Hand me down crown. The upkeep of the crown by on hand to the next. Thanks to #Edgarchase and the chase family. Legacy holds immense importance as it is translated and passed down from one generation to the next. It encompasses the values, wisdom, accomplishments, and traditions that we leave behind. I serve a bridge between the past, present, and future. This allows us to connect with our ancestors, learn from their experiences, and understand our roots. By preserving and passing down our legacy, we ensure that the knowledge and lessons learned by previous generations continue to shape and guide us. It provides a sense of identity and belonging. It gives us a framework to understand who we are, where we come from, and the values that define us. It instills pride and heritage, fostering a deeper connection to our roots and a stronger sense of purpose. traditions, rituals, and customs are carried forward, preventing them from fading away. This preservation of cultural heritage allows future generations to learn about and appreciate their own heritage, fostering a sense of cultural diversity and understanding.

Today is Robin's 17th birthday! 🎂 At Robin, we believe in sticking to our values every day. To celebrate, I asked my amazing team one question: What's one word that describes working at Robin? 🤔 The big answer? "Freedom." 🕊️ But what does having freedom and working remotely really mean? It's not just about being flexible, it's about having control and trust. It's the freedom to pick your hours, plan your day your way, and be there for your family when they need you, like looking after sick kids during the day and working later.
