When prospects tell me they are focusing on asset based companies, I get to explain the issues that can come with asset based companies, such as double brokering. In reality, asset based companies still broker some of their loads out, especially for shipments with quick turnarounds. Concerns about the so called "Safe Supply Drug" Program in BC: 1️⃣ Toxicity of unregulated drug market remains unaddressed. 2️⃣ Overdose deaths have not decreased, with 2,224 in BC in 2021. 3️⃣ Public safety is at risk with increased public drug use. 4️⃣ Lack of support services perpetuates addiction cycle. BC NDP/Liberal Premier David Eby's recent plans to recriminalize public drug use shows a shift in government stance. Due to his lack of support in the polls , his about face looks like its purely out of self interest & self preservation. Drastic measures for identifying & addressing root causes of addiction, ensuring public safety, and providing support services is needed. Let’s work together and oust the NDP/Liberal government coalition from BC and tell them NO MORE so called "Safe Supply" paid for by tax payers and recriminalize hard drugs. We need to tell the NDP/LIBERAL's to Stop poisoning our community, secondly stop acting like you didn't create the problem. Jagmeet Singh is POISONING our province and our country by supporting the Liberals. He can put a vote of no confidence at any given time, but instead he chooses to flood British Colombia with Hard Drugs to poison British Colombians.
