A few things to remember... ➡ EURO 2024 will create a projected €935 million for the HatTrick programme over the next four years. ➡ This will be reinvested into the 55 national associations. that form part of the European federation ➡ The maximum amount of money a team could win is $30.43 million, according to UEFA, which occurs if a team wins all seven of its matches, which Spain did in 2024. ➡ With such a young squad, we look forward with anticipation to what Spain could achieve at the 2026 FIFA World Cup. ➡ Will Spain repeat their 2010 heroics, by winning the World Cup after their 2008 EURO 2008 success? ➡ Real Madrid C.F. have won the Champions league as well. Are we in a Spanish cycling era of domination that we saw between 2008 and 2012? Spain will be one of three countries hosting the 2030 FIFA World Cup, with the Bernabéu announced as the stadium that will host the final. Spanish travelling groups will be all over the football world, as their team's dominance is sure to be felt over the coming years. Many people ask me who will win the European Championship 2024.When i said 2018 and 2022 that Croatia is one of 3 top favorite teams,even my close friend was joking with me.Same as i said after first game of Marocco,that this team is hungry enough to win a 🏅first time in history of african football. Yesterday i saw Portugal vs Croatia. For me the 2 main candidates.Both teams,with arround 20 equal top players but still with a team menthality.The main reason why i choose this 2 nations,that both teams have also several game changer,who can decide a game even if the team dont perform. As third candidate i want to add Denmark.A team with the best physical stuff of all teams.A team with high running performance and team spirit.Also their corners and free kicks are on highest level. Soccer : how to take advantage of this unbreakable connection with people Yesterday we had Europe Cup Final as well as the Copa America Cup. I was experiencing the Europe Cup in Spain and I realised something that we can take advantage of. Yesterday after the match there was a huge party in every city in the Spain. Tourists and Locals were drinking , cheering , celebrating together, they couldn’t talk to each other but they saw they are fans of Spain so they grouped together and drink till 3 am. This is a such a great example for you. What I mean by that ? It’s not about soccer or which team do you support. It is about creating this type of customers / community. Your product / service should create this type of emotions. I haven’t studied this completely but when you can create this connection with people you WILL stand out of 99% of your competitors. This is fact, period, think about it. I’m going to study it deeply and try to find points that could create this effect. Write down in the comments your thoughts about it.

Sports tourism is one of the fastest growing sectors in tourism. Considering how crucial tourism is for Malta, this must be part of Malta’s strategy for socio-economic growth going forward. The UEFA U19 Championship finals last summer has given Malta a great opportunity to gain momentum in terms of exposure showcasing that with a tight-knit team of professionals working relentlessly as a unit, we, as a country, are capable of hosting and living up to such international events. We have to seize this opportunity like a ‘volley’ worthy of Zidane’s volley in the 2002 Champions League final, or Marco Van Basten’s legendary volley in the Euros of 1988. This is a chance to make the shift from quantity tourism over or quality tourism - where the targeted audience would be leaving a little more in the coffers, and also appreciate what’s left of the country, hoping to return someday. These type of events could also be an opportunity for leaving legacies such as upgraded facilities for future generations to benefit from. This could have an infectious effect on our kids. Lamine and Panero’s Spain | Euro 2024 Germany Watching the parabola drawn by Lamine Yamal’s shot against France made me want to study mathematics again. Or philosophy, because there must be some theoretical problem involved in facing one of the most experienced defences in Europe, tackling the moral problem of respecting your elders, imagining a satisfactory outcome for a significant part of humanity and throwing a cucumber into the crossbar which is nothing other than, you understand, the exercise of reason in all its forms. What a pity I didn’t take better advantage of my parents’ efforts to give me an academic preparation that they could not even dream of. And how pertinent it is to remember what each of us was doing at the age when Lamine Yamal planted his first great pike on the international scene. I think it was Michi Panero who coined the apt saying that “in life you can be anything but a bore”. And let the bore be said in all the metaphorical sense of the expression and being faithful to the poet’s words: let no one understand, or want to understand, this as a sexist uproar, or contempt for more than half the population. The Spain of Lamine Yamal, Nico Williams, Rodri Hernández and Carvajal, among others, is the most entertaining and transcendent team of this Eurocup, which is no small thing to say after having attended a tournament in which the great teams of the continent seem not to know what to do with their national reserves of talent, while some others, like in the case of France, do not so much not know as not want to: how sad to be or feel French and present themselves to the world as a prawn in a trench coat covered in mayonnaise. What have we done wrong for so long for coaches like Deschamps, as the closest example, to insist on trying to show that the straightest path to victory is not to try? There is something in the parable of Lamine Yamal (in the parable traced by his shot, and there will be time for biblical parallels when he comes of age) that brings us back to the path of reason and knowledge. Spain 🇪🇸 just won the Euro 2024 cup and it has all the merit from my point of view view.. We could learn a lot from Spain mindset in this Euro!💡 - They always entered the game to win, not to not lose.. Even if that meant they suffered some goals they always managed to stay on top at the end, and no need for extra time or penalties.. Even when winning important games for only 1 goal, Spain did not fall back to the defense showing that winning mindset. - They weren’t afraid to bet on the young talent and they proved to be decisive in the road to the final. Takeaways: - In life, in work, on your projects, if you want to have success always have a winning mentality, do not stick to the good enough.. Even if it is a bit riskier, even if you don’t win, you will still be proud of giving your best! - If you have talent don’t be afraid to use it, don’t get limited by preconceptions or misleading guidance. If you lead a team or are part of one, help others achieve the maximum of their potential and you all win!
