I was honored to be the keynote speaker at the RMU Women's Leadership & Mentorship Program's 7th Annual Women and Transformational Leadership Symposium held at Robert Morris University. During my speech, I discussed why I believe women are both the sugar and the salt of the earth. We bring so much flavor and strength to everything we do! The statistics are clear: women are vastly underrepresented in leadership positions. This has to change! We offer diverse perspectives and essential skills across all industries. Because strength comes in numbers, let's celebrate women supporting women!
