A new year can be more than just a flip of the calendar. For me, 2024 means the start of something new. After an incredible journey spanning over 30 years with Iron Mountain the time has come for me to embark on a new chapter in my career. I am so grateful for all that I learned, all that I built and all of the opportunities that I had. But most importantly, for all of the amazing, smart, talented and passionate people that I worked with. A great culture is not built by a company but by the teams within that company. A team is great because of the shared mission and the people. I joined Iron Mountain because of the people that I met while I was a customer. And it is that which has kept me there for 3 decades. So now, as we embark on this new year, I am so excited to look for my next great opportunity. Happy New Year to all.
