given 6 interviews🙋 till now for CA article assistant position for various domains including Valuation, IDT, statutory Audit what all are my leanings here you go 👇 1. 🚫Don't ask for a transfer case , industrial training not because it is not your right it is but the point is there are "n" number applicants for the same seat who will not ask for the transfer so if you look at this from the interviewer's POV why would they select you when they have candidates with the same capabilities and wanted to be associated with the firm for the whole period ( mtlb simple h if you are seriously wanted to be part of that firm my advice would be don't ask for transfer case right now) 2. Answer the question calmly not in hurry 3. if you don't know the answer you can use this standard line sir/madam I have studied this concept/section during my preparation but I am not able to recall it right now, sorry 4. if you are going for Statutory audit domain the CARO 2020 is the must asked question 5. Don't ask about Stipend in the technical round because this question pertains to HR 6. do not forget to send "post interview Thank-you note" email not compulsory but the cheery on the cake All the best 👍👊

Making an Impact on Someone’s Career Beyond Finding Them A New Job…. Just by giving advice allowed me to have an impact on someone's career in a different way last week. Someone I’ve known for a while reached out to me, letting me know he was on the lookout for something new. Given his senior position, he chose to resign first and then use his notice period to find the right role – a common practice in lots of industries. During this period, his company tried to persuade him to stay, which can sometimes be the right move and sometimes not. My advice to him was straightforward and practical and to me logical: ✍️ Get It in Writing: Verbal promises can easily be forgotten or delayed. Ensure any offers are put in writing and included in a new contract. 📞Consult a Solicitor: Ask a legal expert to review the contract before signing anything. He followed my advice and is now in the midst of negotiations, doing it the right way. He expressed his gratitude, admitting he hadn’t thought of taking these steps. For me, it's not just about placements – it's about the relationships I build and the support I can provide through my knowledge and guidance. What does your resume not say about you? Over the course of your career you have opportunities or experiences that will never hit your resume.. like the fact I turned down a job offer at KPMG or that I have passed FAR and Audit of the CPA exam.. once I pass the exam and put CPA next to my name..we then you will know.. but until then..outside of me knowing and this post..it will never come up.. regarding turning down a big 4 cpa firm.. that will never appear at this point. I am glad I choose to leave public and go work as a controller for a physician group which gave me more skill development and is part of why I am where I am today.. but there is something that can be said if you have big 4 on your resume.. or that at 40 something I competed in crossfit events.. or that I could deadlift over 300 lbs So as you look at your resume.. what does not it say?
