HI FRIENDS, WANA SHARE A STORY I WAS HIDDEN FOR A LONG TIME, ABOUT THE CHALLENGE I FACED.. THE STORY THAT WAS HIDDEN FOR SO LONG, HACKED!! About 4 months ago I faced a very big challenge, from no where, one of my WhatsApp account was hacked, immediately when that happened, I managed to change my details using another number (ACCOUNT) From that day I started being logged out from my WhatsApp accounts, it was saying you have logged out from WhatsApp, if it was not you logged in, by pressing logging button, back it was giving pop up message on the screen saying, you have been banned from using WhatsApp, by consulting with WhatsApp team online, they would say your number is advertising, spam, I was shocked. I tried to change phone numbers, after phone number, the problem was coming back, this led me to have 5 lines (numbers) when that happened, I decided to log out from all my WhatsApp accounts, and I do. It takes me about 3 to 4 months, not using WhatsApp, that's what I told myself to do, so I do, Because of this issue, I lost all my clients, contacts and many more, with all this at first it hurts me, though not for a long, I started to be happy because I remembered that was not the end of my services and life, I remembered a quote that says (when you fall down, raise or come up like a buried seed) so I do.. Right now as I'm speaking, recently about 3 days ago, I come up with an idea, I bought a new phone, a new line, and on that phone I opened a new email, this led me to open new WhatsApp account, from what happened to me, I leaned a big lesson, in all you do #dont loose hope #if something bad happen, don't loose hope #even if all your precious things got stolen or lost, #dont loose hope, but look for a way to come out from that problem, and don't forget to include God in your plans and ideas, As I'm speaking right now, I start from first, from scratch, even Though I lost clients, contacts etc, I teach myself to forget as nothing happened, and my happiness is back. So from this we learn more ideas, WARNING : THIS IS A REAL STORY THAT HAPPENED TO ME, Because of the new startup, I choose to use new name on WhatsApp, (keep smiling) because during this time God gave me the courage to learn, to smile, even to be happy in all problems, now I lean to be around /to connect, to be friends with people with ideas like me, good people, good friends, No to: #dont connect with people you don't trust, first do a proper research, #know the reason why you are being friends or connectng with that person, THANK YOU for taking your time reading my story.

Big Update: Today, WhatsApp destroyed my hard work of 14 months in one go 📛📛 Below is the date-wise chronology of what happened, with a happy announcement at the end :) .. Back in February last year, I had started to build a WhatsApp community called Biz News+. It attracted 18k+ members in 14 months, including over 1.2k founders, businessmen, VCs, CAs, lawyers, corporate and startup leaders and board members and more. And also at least 50 journalists and 20 IAS and IPS officers from 11 State Govts. .. Below is the chronology of how we got there. 05 Feb 2023: 5 28 Feb 2023: 2.3k 31 Mar 2023: 4.5k 31 May 2023: 6.1k 31 July 2023: 11.7k 31 Oct 2023: 13.1k 31 Dec 2023: 16.5k 29 Feb 2024: 17.7k 15 Apr 2024: 18.1k .. And then came: 17 April - WhatsApp suddenly banned my personal account for SPAM. Later they restored it. 18 April - WhatsApp again banned my personal account for SPAM. Again restored it in about 7 hours. 20 April - WhatsApp deleted 7 of my community groups including 3 Biz News+ groups with 2.5k+ members. .. And then came today. 22 April: WhatsApp deleted all my Biz News+ groups of 18.2k+ members. .. What’s worse? There is no customer or grievance support. Nothing of that sort exists. .. But, I’m a builder. And builders don’t break down. They build on. And that’s what this post is about. I built it once. I can do it all again, much faster, and more importantly, much better. Let me share something that really hit home for me this week. It's so easy to overlook the little wins on our day-to-day treadmill, but important we recognise them. My client runs their family business that's been around since forever. But wow, were they stuck in the past. Everything was paper, no real systems in place, and the poor director was practically glued to his mobile phone by his thumbs. So, identifying this immediately I suggested we got him onto a computer, start digitalising things bit by bit. When I first mentioned it, he freaked out. Change can do that to people, and whilst it's usually the business owners who get me in, it's them that I struggle to get change. But this week, he called me, practically buzzing with excitement about going paperless (He had a desk full of paperwork). And he's even raving about 'this ere WhatsApp group' I set up for him, saying it's the best thing since sliced bread. Seeing him get this tech stuff, is like watching a whole new person. Then there's another client, fresh on board. Poor guy was getting pulled in every direction, drowning in messages and emails. So, I suggested something simple: use voice notes instead of typing everything out. Today, I got a voice note back from him in response to my check-in message. It's the little things that make me punch the air and think 'YES'. I just wanted to give a shoutout to all my clients. It's not just about crunching numbers or analysing data. It's about celebrating these wins, no matter how small they seem. And it's about showing that my work isn't all about dragging you out of your comfort zone. Sure, it comes with a time limit, but hey, it's a game-changer nonetheless. The best way to move on - Be like whatsapp One of the most interesting features on whatsapp to me is the delete feature Whatsapp deletes for everybody but still goes ahead to tell the person you deleted something. It cracks me up every time Another interesting thing about that feature is you can write a long message of maybe a 1000 words but when you delete it, what is left of that message is one line of 4 blunt words “you deleted this message” There are 4 things we learn from this line, from each word The first is you, you are incharge, you set the tone, you took the action, you deleted the message Secondly we see deleted indicative of the action, there has to be an action, a deliberate action to delete. I know at this point you can already guess where this is heading to, The third is this, there is always a this, a particular message that’s needs to be deleted And finally, we have message the content, the message that has to be deleted, the particular message being deleted. In summary, you should not let your negative past define you no matter how big, be like whatsapp and move on I hope this helps.

2024 is going to be my year! 😤 At the start of a new year, many people say it's going to be their year for big changes However, by the year's end, they often complain about not achieving much. This happens because most people tend to set difficult and unrealistic New Year's resolutions. It's important to be mindful when setting resolutions. A good resolution should have a specific time frame, be measurable, and be realistic. For example, if you're a college student with little money, it's not realistic to expect to become a billionaire in just one year. To actually stick to your resolutions, it helps to have a well-thought-out system for accountability. An example is what Vedant Lamba from Mainstreet did. He created a WhatsApp group where people with different goals supported each other. They had a rule that not working towards their goals would result in a fine of 10,000 INR, decreasing by 500 INR for every successful day of working towards the goal. If you're serious about your resolutions, try setting up achievable goals and accountability systems like these. It can make a real difference in turning your New Year's plans into actual accomplishments. Tired of Rejection emails? Need a filter? Here's one. I have been applying to a TON of companies and most of them are a rejection. These rejection emails however sweet, do not tell you the result straight away but often use common phrases like "moving forward with other candidates", etc. And I used to get my hopes up with every email I got. Until I decided to write a script on Google App Scripts to deploy on my Gmail account so that as soon as an email comes with the same rejection phrase, it gets properly labelled. And now even before I open the email, I know what to expect. So if you are in a similar situation, feel free to steal the code and deploy the same on your Gmail account. Cheers! Link -
