The war for talent ist over.... ...talent won. At this year's Swiss Life Shaping the Future Day, Daniel Vonier gave a keynote speech on leadership. He addressed the question of how we distribute responsibility and decision-making authority in our system, and how we qualify and empower people to do their best work at a high level.
