People and Planet Advocate

Be sure to have inclusive consideration for all situations. We often make assumptions about people and their situations based on stereotypes. You never know the magnitude of someone's responsibilities. Just because they don't broadcast their challenges, responsibilities, struggles, dependencies, etc doesn't mean they don't have them.

Global Marketing and Communications | Talent Branding & Engagement at McKinsey & Company

This is such an important conversation! 🙋🏻♀️ I remember attending women focused workshops and trainings in the past and feeling disconnected and not represented because most of the speakers and faculty were always talking about being a working mom, returning to work after maternity leave, balancing career and kids but being a women in the workplace doesn’t mean only being a working mom and women who don’t have children are an important and big part of the cake that needs to be considered. Thank you Women in Data® for sharing and starting the conversation 🩷❤️
