3 Insights Mirzapur Taught Us for Success as a Budding Startup! 😎 We love our work. Be it watching Mirzapur, Kota Factory, or even Tom & Jerry, we are always thinking about innovative ways to market for you, our beloved rider. We couldn't help but draw a parallel to our work while binging on Mirzapur's latest drop. Here’s our three cents: Talent is the best investment: When Kaleen Bhaiya onboarded Guddu and Bablu, he wasn’t hung up on little details like previous mafia background, work experience, or a 46% hike. He found the right talent and groomed them…just like us in many ways. We don’t care about fancy degrees or which Big 4 you are from; if you fit, you sit. ✌️ When in doubt, return to the drawing board: When Kaleen Bhaiya’s business plateaued, Guddu and Bablu revisited their operating process, spoke to customers, and greased their wheels. We continuously gather feedback from customers and riders for insights, which helps us create even better products for you. Embrace change: Bablu initially ruffled some feathers and changed processes, which resellers did not take well. Eventually, they started to warm up to it and finally loved it. Our core ethos revolves around speed and agility, and as a startup, we too pivot at times to get the best out, just like Kaleen Bhaiya! 😉 Did you resonate with any of these?
