U.S. Department of Energy (DOE)’s Post

The Biden-Harris Administration is bolstering the U.S. battery supply chain, spurring job creation, and catalyzing historic private sector investments. We’re making critical investments needed to enhance America’s domestic electric vehicle manufacturing sector. https://lnkd.in/edc-8jy4

I heard the President the other talking re-starting green energy jobs. Why would he need to pour money back into the companies that already got millions of federal handouts? You would assume that the millions if not billions Biden has dump into these companies would be enough for them to get on there feet and start to make their own profits and pay their employees. Is that not the game you plan. Wonder what the issue is?? 🤔

Meyer Burger Technology Solar is still waiting for its DOE loan, so it can start construction of its solar cell factory in Colorado, which will generate 500 American jobs. Hope to see funding process expedited, so the jobs will come ASAP. Let’s construct this factory, so we can generate energy to store in those batteries. Thanks

Out in Portland, Oregon, there are several collectives of public-private-community partnerships looking forward to the Biden-Harris Administration further expanding the domestic battery manufacturing industry. Keep going!

Really, what is America supposed to do? Let China produce all batteries and chips leaving a potential President to charge us, as customers, an additional 10% tarriff since he doesn’t know that the consumer ultimately pays the tarriff.
