💡 Understanding why farmers choose technology ! ⚡💥 Recently told you about a technology that really intrigues me: laser weeding. 🎙️ At the beginning of January I went to meet Tripod Farmers farmers in Australia. 🥬 Tripod Farmers is not an XXL farm like the ones we can see in California, yet they have decided to invest in Carbon Robotics technology. 📈 High weeding costs, labour hard to find and increasingly expensive? Reduced use of herbicides? How does he plan to make this machine profitable? 👨🌾 Even if Frankie Ruffo experience is short to get long feedback, it was interesting to see that very shortly after receiving it, he's able to operate by himself and already plan how he intends to use it by testing on different crops. 🕵️ For the next episode, I'd really like to find a longer user experience to better understand how farmers have integrated this machine on their farms and what it brings them agronomically and economically. 🎥 Video link : https://lnkd.in/g77uPG2h All the key data from our meeting will be available on Future Farming soon.
