Personally - and for most of the people I've spoken to - I feel like the new 3-game structure is a good one. It'll ultimately create more competitive late-tournament games (which has to the objective), and it seems like it's creating more complete, fluid gameplay since teams don't need to protect leads, like they do in 2-leg tournaments.

The goal is to sling all of your pucks through the small gate at the center of the board into your opponent's side before they can do the same to you.
