June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to shine a light on a critical but often overlooked issue. Mental health affects us all, but men face unique challenges. They are less likely than women to seek help due to societal expectations and stigma. Men often feel pressured to appear strong and self-reliant. This can prevent them from reaching out for the support they need. But there's hope. By breaking the stigma and encouraging open conversations, we can support men in seeking help. Simple actions like talking with a friend, exercising, or seeking professional help can make a big difference. Together, we can make a difference. 💪🏼 PS: The data was collected in the US. In other parts of the world the figures might vary. Nonetheless the topic is relevant everywhere.
