Unified appearance style On the basis of stacking, we can further optimize the appearance design of each prefabricated house, use coordinated colors, materials, etc., to create a neat and beautiful overall feeling. Flexible functional matching Through a reasonable stacking layout, we can flexibly combine prefabricated houses with different functions, such as stacking office areas, rest areas, storage areas, etc. in layers to improve space utilization efficiency. Landscape design integration On the basis of ensuring the beauty of the prefabricated house itself, we can also consider cleverly integrating the surrounding landscape environment to create a more attractive overall effect.

MASS HOUSING PROJECT Design Considerations: • The architectural layout utilizes a modular symmetrical footprint, promoting a sense of order and cohesiveness by integrating various structural elements into a unified whole. • Building placement strategically optimizes visual access from all sides, including gardens and roadways. • All units, regardless of size (1, 2, or 3 bedrooms), benefit from the inclusion of balconies. • The design fosters a seamless integration with the surrounding landscape and open areas, maximizing the enjoyment of the salubrious environment. • Cluster planning prioritizes optimal daylight penetration within all spaces.

This architectural concept features a dynamic, ribbon-like structure that spirals upwards, creating a visually stunning form. The design is reminiscent of organic shapes and flows, evoking the motion of a plant growing towards the light. Each level of the building includes lush landscaping, making the entire structure appear as a vertical garden or urban forest that could offer a respite from the concrete surroundings. The flowing lines of the building's façade suggest a seamless integration of each floor, emphasizing fluidity and continuity. The transparent glass façades allow for ample natural light, reducing the need for artificial lighting and potentially enhancing the well-being of the occupants. The base of the building opens up to a spacious plaza, inviting public engagement and potentially serving as a cultural hub. Wonderful interior design👇 The interior is unadorned. Raw expression of new structure is exposed throughout the additions. Laminated timber beams, particle board, steelwork, and trusses remain off-the-shelf items and can be salvaged for future re-use. The imperfections and naked tectonic nature of the design are celebrated. Workstations are custom-designed as interlocking units to enable flat-pack relocation. Retrofit of a series of three buildings in Shoreditch to create an interlinked office campus around a central courtyard. The project was designed around the retention and expression of the original architectural elements as well as a focus on light and volume.

We’ve put our money where our mouth is! We believe in our products so much we’ve installed no less than 9 seperate Decor products on the walls and ceilings of our new showroom in Sydney. A side effect of using this many of our products is we have a working case study of how to solve design and function challenges such as; 1. How to install access panels 2. How to finish into walls 3. External corner mitre protection 4. Service and light integration 5. Concealed fixings systems 6. Acoustic panel selection for open plan office spaces 7. Balancing high price point and low price point products in the same build 8. How to install our VOGL seamless plasterboard without a single clue of where the joins are 9. How to finish one product into another We have already hosted Builders, Architects and Clients to show them through our HQ and collaborate on live and upcoming projects with similar design goals. So pumped I get to call this my workplace! PSA: the engine room (factory) is twice as impressive 🤖⚙️

It was a space filled with construction materials, debris, and an overall lack of organization. This phase required meticulous planning and coordination to clear the area and lay the foundation for what was to come. *After: A Stunning Transformation(Picture 2)* The second photo showcases the completed project. We successfully turned the site into a serene and functional outdoor pavilion which features: -A Beautiful Pavilion: Designed to blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings, providing a peaceful retreat for the clients. -Lush Landscaping: Carefully planned greenery and a well-manicured lawn enhance the aesthetic appeal and offer a refreshing ambiance. -Functional Amenities that meet both the aesthetic and practical needs of the clients. *Achieving the Vision* This transformation involved: -Clear Communication with Clients: Understanding their wishes for a tranquil and functional space. -Innovative Design Solutions: Ensuring the pavilion and surrounding areas were both beautiful and practical. -Attention to Detail: From the architectural design to the final landscaping touches, every aspect was meticulously planned and executed. -Excellent Workmanship: The dedication and skill of our team and contractors were crucial in bringing this project to life. We had a vision.  To create an eco-conscious space where we’d love to work.  A building designed with purpose. Our Ingredients for Success?   - A stroke of luck.  The building has bags of charm, set on the picturesque banks of the River Wye, lots of windows (important for commercial developments) and a long standing place in the community. - Oodles of passion.  The environment in which you work has a huge impact on your mood, productivity, and creativity.  With a creative background in environmental design, renovations were always design-led and focused on the experience we wanted people to have in our space.  It was a labour of love.  A very personal project. - Building a dream team.  Glenn Bolton is an excellent 3D and environmental designer.  He led Colin Lawrence (Yellow Interiors) and Chris Elvin (Monaco Services) through the renovations. Both shared our vision for the space.  No expense was spared ensuring the space was fully tech enabled and security managed, with top spec IT - everything you’d expect of a high end office.   Jo Mason (a naturally stylish person) was let loose with a credit card to add the finishing touches.  Finally - we purchased the entire living contents of our local garden centre - nothing brings an environment to life more than plants.
