It examines the military aspects of the Australian Frontier Wars from an Aboriginal perspective, detailing the tactics, strategy, logistics and weapons Aboriginal people employed to resist European encroachment on their land. Covering several campaigns across different areas and time periods, it details both successes and failures of the Aboriginal military forces. Due to my excitement of attending Ambeth Ocampo 's talk tomorrow about Philippine-American War, I reviewed its entry on Wikipedia, then I saw this picture below. This picture shows our ancestors who were killed in the name of America's "Benevolent Assimilation". This made me wonder, how can we move on as a nation and forgive if our oppressor is not even apologetic in abusing and murdering our ancestors? Even worst, its descendants are even camping in some of our own military bases through Visiting Forces Agreement, Mutual Defense Treaty and Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement (EDCA) How can we make an unapologetic super power hold accountable? Nationalism and Military Identity: The military has cultivated a strong nationalist narrative, positioning itself as the defender of Pakistan's sovereignty and integrity. This narrative has resonated with the public, providing a justification for military interventions whenever the military perceives threats to national interests.

It is not surprising then that the Blob has tried to imagine into existence all kinds of wars that would suit it better than the real kind on offer. While the severity of armed conflicts are increasing again after decades of decline and in which countries around the world are ramping up their military spending, there’s one resource nearly all major militaries seem to be short of: people to actually fight those wars.

The Saxon Shore (Latin: litus Saxonicum) was a military command of the Late Roman Empire, consisting of a series of fortifications on both sides of the Channel. It was established in the late 3rd century and was led by the “Count of the Saxon Shore”. In the late 4th century, his functions were limited to Britain, while the fortifications in Gaul were established as separate commands.
