Eric Arnold’s Post

CEO at Planswell

My boss raised his voice at me. Told me I was too young to succeed at the bank. Half the office heard him. I was humiliated. We never spoke again. I quit a few weeks later to start a competitor... Planswell served more clients in year one than he's served in his entire life. People don't quit over money, perks, the office. They quit disrespectful bosses.

Dear friend, you had nothing to loose. In fact you have gained some respect for yourself. All the best. Always keep that Bosses photo in  front of you. Always remember to say a prayer for your ex boss. If he didn't raise his voice you would not be here. Take care and stay safe
