Another day goes by, work is done, you step in the regular routine, scroll through social media or watch tv and go to bed. Is this really it? Is there more to life? This might be a voice in the back of your mind speaking to you. This is the reality for many people. I want you to know that the answer to that question “is this it?” is no! There is so much more. That inner voice is right, there is a lot more to being alive as a human being at this time. The problem is that you might have that intuitive feeling or inner voice but have no idea what that feeling of ‘more’ could be like. Let alone knowing how to get there. This is something you might experience but find it hard to put in to words, or talk about it. Feeling stuck in the 'stuck-ness'. Does this all sound familiar? One of my greatest pleasures is to show people a roadmap into that feeling of ‘more’. Deeper fulfillment. Feeling more alive. Bringing back the spark.  Come home to yourself.  Stop living from the head up. Reclaim a part of yourself that has been lost over time. After many years of self development, trainings, certifications, deep dives, studying, teaching, I realized that the access way to that feeling of MORE.. is through Tantra. It works by using the most powerful energy we have access to, our sexual energy. This is not only about what happens in the bedroom. It is about your relationship with your life force energy. When you learn how to: Harness this energy within yourself,  Get out of habituated patterns, Activate your body in new ways & Release conditioned beliefs and patterns that get in the way.. .. something very interesting happens. You start feeling more alive, a different feeling arises naturally when you wake up in the morning, more and more sparks of authentic confidence, a new depth in your day to day life, a new activation of your body, spontaneous waves of joy and a connection to something more than some might even call spiritual. It can be hard to put this experience into words. This is why it is so helpful to have a tangible and practical roadmap to discover how to make this real in your life. When I work with clients I create a personalized journey based on where they are and where they would like to be. It is your relationship with self pleasuring. Is this something you feel shame around?  Are you caught up in habitual patterns?  Do you notice what is happening with your breath?  Or are you just focusing on the goal without much connection to what is happening in the moment?  Do you use it as a quick way to relief stress?  Or to simply ‘get rid’ of this energy? There is a huge area of potential, possibility and growth available when shifting your mind and habits on this topic. I’d love to hear from you.

What is this 'Obsession' that everyone is talking about? And are you driven by 'Obsession'? Some people are too obsessed with their goals and I know such people. I'm sure you do too. These are some people who achieve whatever they want in their life. Tirelessly working on a singular task until the end. But what is this "obsession" I'm talking about? It is something when you forget to eat your meals during your work, missing out on your sleep, forgetting and skipping obligations to satisfy some obsession you had. Not now, but could be at any point of your life. Teens, ever spent a night when you missed out your sleep to grind on a game that you absolutely love? People who are employed, did you ever spend days working on a project or report to make that'd give you that 'extra' incentive that you'd want for that special restaurant you want to try near your house? That's OBSESSION. Losing yourself in the drive towards your goal or destination and forgetting everything that goes along the way, and just focused on reaching the destination. Some people say, "I haven't found something to be obsessed about." while some say, "I need some inspiration to be obsessed over my goals!" And to some extent, some things ARE correct but, I'd like to ask- "Why do you need an inspiration for what YOU want in your life? And are you even capable of obsession?" We're still young, and everyone either is 'worrying about something and doing nothing about it' or 'worrying about something and actually doing something about it.' But whatever category you fall under, you define your tomorrow with whatever you choose to do today. As with other things, it all boils down to understanding yourself. Because if meaning relies on changing a genuinely unchanging aspect of your nature, you will never discover it.

Positivity What makes you angry 😡 about that post? I recently did a study at Softplays in the uk, asking mums if they would be interested in learning about the #metimementality Some said: “my kids are older now and I get to work from home or part time so I have time for myself.” “I have 2 small kids so I gave up me time and know I won’t get it till they are older” “Me time, that don’t exist when your a mum, if you know away of getting some, I’m all in, tell me everything” And so all of the mums asked, fell into one of those responses. Quite literally. No one asked me what the Me Time Mentality was. Noone thought about positive affirmations and the importance of good health. If you think about your mind as a cup of tea, when your pouring out your love and affection and attention and keeping your family safe, your emptying your cup to give your positivity to them, to help them grow and feel safe. It becomes very easy for us to start thinking negatively when our cup is empty. If you keep your positive affirmations, gratitude and selfcare going, you will be able to keep filling up your cup so you have more to give to those around you. As a mum we are always trying to do our best and we don’t get much back from our family in the way of gratitude or appreciation… we do it because we are mums but we seem to always get put at the bottom of the pile… Do you feel like that sometimes? The post that made people angry 😡 was about about how we and our family can reframe our NATs (negative automatic thoughts) that we do as humans all of us have them, and help us to position ourselves more strongly. Letting go of bad habit and building good high performance habits helps us to be more productive, have more energy , better relationships, more wealth, find more recreational hobbies and improve personally. Do you want to improve your life? I have been in bad places, I used to say I was bad at singing, couldn’t ice skate, not a good enough mum, not making enough money…. But after a lot of reframing my mindset, I was able to overcome so many things (and last year I did a bungee jump🤯 never in my life did I think I would be brave enough to do that). If you wanted to look into this further, there is something I call the MeTime Mentality. It’s been developed especially for mums who want to let go of the super mum or Instagram perfect ideal and stop feeling guilty for taking time to work on their own mindset and feel empowered. Thus having a huge impact on their children and improving their wellbeing and setting them up sting for the future. Are you surrounded by a bunch of cant’s? My life was better, or so I thought; when I lived in the land of what I couldn’t do. Welcome to a sneak peak of The diary of Nina de Sausmarez aged 45 (me 6 years ago) It was an interesting time in my life where my legendary CAN’T stacking was at an all time high. Like the beginning of a game of Jenga.. destined to collapse at any moment but standing strong at the start. 🛑 I CAN’T leave my job, even though I’m really unhappy there and spend most of my weekends with heart palpitations thinking about going in on Monday. 🛑I CAN’T become a vegetarian because the rest of my family eat meat, I’ll be making it difficult for everyone and meal times will be stressful. 🛑I CAN’T say no to things, even if everything in my body is signalling me not to do the thing, because other people will be disappointed in me and I’ll be left out. 🛑I CAN’T give up alcohol and my partying because I’ll become boring and I won’t fit in anymore. I’ve managed to do all of the above now however some have taken longer than others! You might resonate with a few of mine or have some epic ones of your own. Whatever your CANT’S are, I know yours are there for the same reasons as mine. To protect you 🤗 To keep you safe from the make believe monster of failure, ridicule and rejection.. They are the epitome of growth repellent and block your path of to more joy, happiness, fun and peace. When you become aware of all the things you WANT to be, do and have but have bulletproof reasons as to why you’re not going to get it.. 🫶Close your eyes and ask yourself… 🪩Where am I holding myself back right now? 🪩Get as honest as you can, you’re safe. 🪩Pick one CAN’T (only 1) you’re telling yourself that you want to change that you’re convincing yourself isn’t possible. Then ask this.. ✈️Is it that I can’t or that I won’t? Then you can start to understand and unravel what’s really going on. You can start to see what version of you you need to start acting as if you want something different then you have now. That’s where you move. It’s the squeaky bum bit 😂 The clench and then the release that lets the body relax. Now you can go from.. ✅ Can’t do to can do’ ✅From ‘won’t to will’ ✅From ‘it’s not possible to watch me’! I used to hate BDAYs... It used to remind me of how lonely I was. Growing up I didn't have any friends because... I got bullied in school and lost all my social skills. So my bdays were a source of anxiety for me... Then, at the age of 22, I decided that I had enough of it and decided to change my life. I learned 2 major lessons: 1) My reality is whatever I make it to be. I used to have big expectations. I wanted the whole world to show up and wish me a happy bday. I wanted proof I was worthy, loved, and that I mattered. So when life didn't fit the script I was running in my head... I got depressed. The harsh truth is, that nobody owed me anything. But I thought they did because of what I've been through. Which ended up pushing people away. I was making them responsible for my happiness. Then one day I did something nice for my coach and he said, "I'm so grateful. I don't take this lightly." And my coach is one of the best people I know. He's a role model to me. It made me realize that it's the kind of mindset I need. So I started detaching myself from expecting people to make me happy. Today, I expect people in my life to be the kind of people who will motivate me to show up as a better version of myself every day. And if they don't... I would hold them accountable for that. Or cut them out. So big celebrations are no longer a big deal because I don't make them a big deal. 2) If I want something to happen, the responsibility on me It's related to the previous point, but here it's not just about my mindset, it's also about what I do to be happy. One of my biggest issues was that I became passive. I didn't want to make anything happen because I was scared I would screw it up, and that if I did, people will hold it against me. One of my biggest fears was to be mocked by people. So making a mistake was out of the question. Then I realized that nobody gets to decide how I live my life. To change the story you're telling yourself, you need a different story. It won't happen if you just sit in the dark and meditate. You need to get real-life experience. So I started taking action, after action, after action... And it's paying off. -- This year is all about going after what I want in life. It's about trying different things. It's about different opportunities. It's about calling my shots. More than last year... Watch this space. I'll be documenting everything. And if you haven't done it yet... Big favorites of mine about gratitude: ✨Gratitude is what helps you see what is there, instead of what isn’t. ✨ My socks may not match, but my feet are warm. — It’s easy for some of us to look down the dark road (been there). Job hunting can be frustrating. Take a beat. Take a breather. Know that this is a stroll downhill where we’re making stops along the way to put ourselves out there. You’ll start making your way back up the path soon. Don’t lose sight of what is there. Your feet will stay warm. PS…I’d love to keep talking with friends (old & new). Your life will always have ups and downs. But you are 100% in control of your attitude every day. Like everyone, my life is a constant ride of ups and downs. In both my professional life and personal life, with every incredible high comes a time when I am down. As they say, you only know the light once you’ve seen the darkness. At all times - especially when I am feeling low - I am constantly looking for ways to help reframe my situation so that I continue my growth. One of the most powerful practices I have picked up is an appreciation and gratitude practice. Most nights before going to sleep, I write out 3 things I appreciate and 3 things I am grateful for in my journal. On the left side of the page I write “Appreciation,” and on the right side of the page I write “Gratitude.” Below each title, I list 3 bullets. It’s really simple and takes me all of 5 minutes. This practice helps me realize that the things I appreciate are the little things that occurred throughout the day, like the sun shining or my comfy bed awaiting me upstairs. And the things I am grateful for usually revolve around my relationships, the fact that my parents are both still alive and healthy, and I can go see them anytime I like. In a world where my thoughts can quickly run away from me, I’ve found that this simple routine helps me reframe my mindset every night. Do you have any evening routines that you find helpful? 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 Be Chill (and Happy)! Ever feel like someone's grumpy mood just magically rubs off on you?   But what if I told you there's a way to let negativity bounce right off? Here's the deal: taking things personally can seriously mess with your happiness.  But by following these simple steps, you can learn to detach and, trust me, life gets WAY easier. ✅Let's break it down: 🔎𝐙𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐎𝐮𝐭:  Picture yourself on a beach.  Someone a mile down the shore yells something.  Can you even hear them? Exactly!  Most things don't actually matter in the grand scheme. 🤔𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞:  Is your boss snapping because they just got yelled at by their boss?  Maybe your friend's negativity has nothing to do with you and everything to do with their own stress.  Sometimes, it's not about you! 😁𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥-𝐁𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠:  You can't pour from an empty cup, right?  Taking care of yourself – physically and mentally – means you're better equipped to handle life's little jabs. So, how do you actually DO this? Great question! Here are a few tips: 😤𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐚 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡:  Before you react, give yourself a moment to cool down.  A deep breath can do wonders. 🗣𝐀𝐬𝐤 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:  Maybe you misunderstood!  Don't be afraid to ask for more info before jumping to conclusions. 💭𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧:  Treat yourself with kindness, just like you would a friend.  We all make mistakes, and that's okay!
