I absolutely love the way this was put, the past 12 months have been a period of growth for my wife and I and this is one thing we took control of very quickly because we finally understood it. People actually deplete energy and then have expectations that you "must" do x,y,z and don't value the moments you provide them with. As we get older, actions we took for our health may not deliver the same actions. I used to be able to focus on my healthy habits Monday through Thursday then “let go” Friday-Sunday without negatively impacting my results. Not so anymore. If I am being real with you, 1 day of overindulging takes me 2-3 days to get back on track. I had to ask myself “Is this worth it?” Sometimes the answer is yes (if it is an important celebration) but most times it is a no. I LOVE feeling healthy and energetic. I want to feel this way everyday as often as possible. But I don’t want to feel deprived and I don’t want to work out for 2 hours a day That is why I created a 1:1 coaching program that guides you through prioritizing your health even with a busy lifestyle.
