Day 27 of class🌻 Class today was just as amazing as our Facilitator and my Lovely learning track mates. Foremost, we revisited the topic we covered yesterday. Let's call it "a two factor authentication class". Today was one of those days you look forward too especially if you were not grounded in the previous class. Towards the end of the class, we were able to touch something new, the pause function modifier, a nifty tool in coding for adding flexibility to transactions. Despite the session being quite surface-level, it led me to deploy a transaction successfully. While we were not able to fully cover this topic, getting hands-on experience with the pause function felt like a step forward. Looking forward to diving deeper into its functionalities and exploring more intricate applications. Super 2 days in Paris at SUI Basecamp hearing directly from the founders about this Layer 1 blockchain. CEO Evan Cheng SUI addresses the massive trust deficit aiming to make human and Web3 software interaction frictionless. Tokens are skin deep. Intellectual assets and RWA are far more complex requiring trusted rights and rules. Move, SUI’s object-centric programming language, created by CTO Sam Blackshear has, inter alia, built-in features for easy object interaction and control over ownership and access permissions.
