The #Euro2024 final was a rollercoaster for us here in the UK, and I have now heard enough “It's Coming Home” to tide me over until 2026.   In the end Spain was unfortunately too good for England, and showed the strategic flexibility and calmness under pressure necessary to win. My initial reaction to Spain’s late goal is probably not suitable for LinkedIn but it did eventually get me thinking about traits that strike a chord within the investment management sector.   England's path to the final, though initially boring to watch, was peppered with remarkable comebacks and showcased perseverance and moments of inspiration.
