🇧🇪 Ghent, renowned for its medieval architecture, picturesque canals, Flemish cuisine scene and... the 2024 European Capital of Youth! The city was awarded for its strong commitment to youth engagement in areas including:    🚌 mobility, transforming public transport and infrastructure,  🎓 cultural and educational programmes,  ✍️ democratic policy-making.    It is crucial that young people have equal opportunity to shape the socio-economic, political, and cultural life of their local community.    Each year, a new European city gets the opportunity to showcase its projects to empower young people, boost youth participation and strengthen European identity. → https://lnkd.in/eQcvs-Hp     📷© Adobe Stock.    #EuropeanUnion #YouthDay

Several bicycles are parked along the canal's railing, adding to the scene's quaint, picturesque atmosphere. The sun casts a warm light, creating long shadows and reflecting off the water, suggesting a late afternoon or early evening setting. The overall scene exudes a peaceful, charming vibe typical of an old European city.

Yes, Ghent is a lovely city.

Yes, its quite beautiful, but not as developed as Shanghai. The view just proves Europe is standing still and barely progressing. The old aristocratic and new capitalist elites now have become the bureaucratic and political elite within western democracies and the EU. Those elites don't allow social mobility of the lower income groups, while sharing the subsidies and good government jobs only with their already excisting network. Selection is barely on the basis of skill, but mainly on appraisel from inside. The youth are doing worse here now then they did 20 years ago. So, celebrate on the ruins of our broken civilization that cannot even convince a regular person to vote for your fake democracy.

What is Organizational Culture? About the organization’s hierarchical structure? How to assess Traditional HR versus Digital HR? Is Technology a Game-changer? Does Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) have the potential to streamline the inefficient HIRING processes and help organizations save millions, billions, and even trillions of dollars?  As a Civil Servant, and, also a successful servant, transformational and inspirational leader with word-class experience, digital growth mindset, empathy, and inner resilience, I am passionate about upskilling opportunities to unlock human potential. As a lifelong learner, voracious reader and world traveler with an increasingly intellectual curiosity and high emotional intelligence, reading for me isn't just for leisure; it's a power move for bold leaders. 1) What is the list of the world's TOP 100 High Risks, including highly complex challenges in 2024? What steps will C-suite executives take to set clearer expectations? 2) How to design the right organizational model, corporate human-centric culture of trust, and the right hierarchical structure necessary to drive digital transformation, and harness artificial intelligence (AI)? 3) What is Boldness in Effective Leadership?
