And that’s a wrap… on the first year of our Campus Rep Program at FabFitFun 💗 In 2022, I had the opportunity to pitch this initiative directly to our co-founders, drawing from my own experience as a brand ambassador in college — and was thrilled when I was given the green light and resources to pursue this project! I spent a few months building the program from the ground up, conducting market research and gathering insights to ensure it would be both valuable and fulfilling for students. My goal was to create an opportunity that would not only help college students develop skills and gain experience to boost their future careers, but also provide them with a sense of community, build their confidence, and become a memorable highlight of their college years ✨ Hundreds of applications and weeks of interviews later, I recruited and onboarded 30 talented ambassadors across 15 universities nationwide. These reps have spent the past year promoting FabFitFun on campus through events and social media posts — and they’ve inspired me daily with their drive, ambition, and creativity. They’ve been instrumental in spreading the word about our value-packed membership, and acquiring new subscribers among the Gen Z demographic. At the end of the school year, we invited our top-performing reps to LA to meet our team and explore the city on a well-deserved incentive trip. Getting to meet these girls in person and reward them for their hard work was such a full circle moment for me 🥹 I’m endlessly proud of this program and the rockstar reps who made it so special. If you’ve got an idea you can’t stop thinking about, pursue it. Put it out into the world. I’m so grateful to the leaders at FabFitFun who believed in my concept, and especially to Courtney (Randall) King, whose guidance and support meant everything to me as we worked together to make this vision come to life. It’s been an absolutely thrilling journey 💫
