Strategic Sales | Account Management | Consulting | Project Management | Business Development | Relationship Building | CliftonStrengths: Connectedness, Activator, Strategic, Learner, Woo
I take pride in the sentence: "Jill of all trades, master of some." It took years for the master of "some" to take shape but here we are in 2024. Anyone out there want to discuss the latest trends in #cellandgenetherapy? Did you know the C&G therapy market is forecasted to grow to $35.4B by 2026, representing a CAGR of 22%?* https://lnkd.in/ewKsEWQF I will continue to post about various topics but in the meantime, I wanted to share more about my "trades" as I job hunt: My undergraduate/Masters degrees in Psychology (and Non-profit Management) help any team in sales, communication, strategy & all business functions. While I do not posses a degree in biology or life sciences, I have always been able to quickly learn science/technical leaning concepts and break them down in a simplified way to a customer or client. My early career was in IT/SaaS and the nonprofit sector where I learned technical skills, marketing, strategic planning & how to lead teams. My transition to the medical sector led me to Medisys USA which exposed me to science-leaning concepts such as biologics and medical devices in the spine, orthopedic and ocular spaces. Charter Medical, LLC opened me up to the life sciences/biopharma space where I learned the basics of cell & gene therapy, in vivo vs ex vivo, autologous vs allogenic, and many more. In my last role, I worked with engineers, field application specialists & clients on custom projects and served as the liaison to the customer on custom cell therapy solutions, working with many different cell types and research projects. I love to learn and intuitively look at the bigger picture in any business. Thank you to the following people who have helped me or have offered to help in the past few months with my job search. I will continue to engage with your content and promote your brands, businesses and services and hope to get to know you all better professionally: Josie Hayes PhD, PCCC & Josh Ludwig- for the insights into my skillsets Anis Fahandej-Sadi - for the support and consulting Ken Pasko | Silke Grainger | Britt Steed, M.Sc. | David Lewandowski- for the willingness to help a new connection Amber Penrose- for being a life science recruiter who is taking direct action on my behalf Claire LePage- for continuing to follow up with a client about a role for me Jack Hench- for always being a sounding board Diane Maragos- for my new friend and connection in this space. Congrats again on your new role Univo IRB *(Source: https://lnkd.in/eC8gW9ns) #opentowork #sales #businessdevelopment #accountmanagement #medical #lifesciences #cellandgenetherapy #bioprocessing #biopharma ➕ Follow my profile 🔔 Click the bell for notifications 🤝 Connect with me 💬 Send a message 👍 Like this post ♻ Repost it to your network ⬇️ Comment below
