Connected Health is increasingly becoming a game-changer in the Life Sciences industry and is projected to represent one-fifth of its revenue in five years. Motivations are high, driven by the desire to enhance #PatientSupport (85%), according to the latest report from the Capgemini Research Institute. It is true that connected apps are becoming more common in our daily lives. For example, in Switzerland, we partnered with Phonak to develop a life-changing solution for children with hearing loss. These devices improve speech understanding in different environments and connect to the industry’s only dedicated pediatric app, allowing children to personalize their hearing experience. I was also interested to read in the research that three in five organizations are currently developing a roadmap for integrating #GenAI and over half are piloting this approach for interactions with patients and healthcare professionals. With the use of technologies such as AI and GenAI, healthcare organizations can in fact accelerate drug discovery, enhance patient care, and foster innovation in healthcare delivery.
