CEO @ HRB Industries. Engineer by training | Shaping the future of manufacturing with disruptive technology.
10 years ago: Struggling to scale our family business. Today: Partnering with industry giants like Kubota and John Deere and more… Here's how it went down: 10 years ago, I took over my family’s metal stamping business. I knew we needed a way to stand out and secure major clients. So, I focused on leveraging AI and innovative technologies. I had no idea: → How crucial metal stamping is for high-quality machinery → The precision and efficiency required in metal stamping processes → How to meet the exacting standards of OEM customers → The potential impact of adopting cutting-edge technologies We struggled. 2 years later, we only: → Improved production efficiency by 10% → Secured 1 small-scale contract → Received limited interest from potential clients Our growth was minimal. It was frustrating and disheartening. I could’ve easily reverted to our old ways. Stuck with the status quo. But then something changed... We grew from 1 major contract to 5 in 8 weeks. → Enhanced our metal stamping precision → Streamlined our supply chain → Built stronger client relationships Then, we were set. Everything we needed to validate our investment in innovation. Over the last 4 years, we have: → Partnered with top OEM customers like Kubota and John Deere → Increased annual sales to $26 million → Positioned ourselves as leaders in sustainable manufacturing → Don’t give up on something just because the start is hard. You might be on the cusp of something great. #leadership #manufacturing — Thanks for reading and if you enjoyed this: Would love to connect with you!
