Great News! We are grateful to Abington Bank for their recent generous donation of $25,000 to our Housing Resource Center (HRC) in Brockton. If you are wondering what kind of impact your business can have for a not for profit organization, check this out. This is the third year in a row that this local business has turned over the proceeds of mulch sales for the day, totaling roughly $10,000. That kind of support is huge for Crime Stoppers Guelph Wellington. The relationship started with a #CSGW presentation where owner Marty Young was in attendance. He learned how the program worked and how it could be an impactful tool for #CommunitySafety. As a business that has been impacted by crime, he felt this was an organization that he could support. Aligning your business with the #CrimeStoppers brand isn't just a smart move for community engagement, it can actually be a boost to your profile. Consider partnering with your local program.
Wow! Another awesome #MulchSale year in #MountForest . Thank you to Marty Young and his team at Young's Home Hardware who donated ALL proceeds from this year's sale. Here Marty, left, is joined by #CSGW Past Chair Deryck West. Outstanding support from this community partner! Shout out to our #Guelph partners, Andre Belisle and his team at JL's Home Hardware for raising $1,776 for our program during #MayMulchMonth.

What Sarah said :) In all seriousness, this is such a great organization, meeting a very important need in our community. Check out the link below to learn more about what Redwood Park Communities and Furniture Bank are doing, and more importantly, how you can help!
It was truly an honour to meet with Anna from Redwood Park Furniture Bank this morning. Her passion for our community was echoed throughout our conversation in so many different ways with all the amazing initiatives the team has created. They are currently seeing a decrease in furniture donation and an increase in families needing their services, please keep them in mind before you toss that good quality used furniture, they come to you. If you haven’t had a chance to learn more of what they do, take some time to check them out. https://lnkd.in/gnUscFDF #loveyourcommunity #communitymatters #supportlocal RBC #iworkhere

FrontFundr's pioneering 'Capital for the Community' campaign stands as a testament to the power of collective action and shared vision. The "Capital for the Community" campaign by FrontFundr started on December 1st and ended on December 15th. This timeframe was specifically chosen for the campaign, focusing on a period of 15 days, which they referred to as the "15 Days of Christmas". During this period, FrontFundr committed to donating 2% of the value of all investments made in eligible community campaigns to Covenant House, a non-profit organization supporting youth experiencing homelessness. Running a business in Wales? Is Corporate Social Responsibility part of your operating culture? If yes, what does your response to CSR look like? Could a partnership with Llamau help you achieve your goals? Worth a thought. Worth a chat. I can facilitate a gentle opening discussion. Sam Austin Frances Beecher Peter Mackie
Well done to an incredible group of supporters who all climbed to the top of Pen Y Fan on 20 July. Despite the fog descending mid hike, their goal was clear and they raised over £2500 to support homeless young people and women and children affected by domestic abuse. Huge thanks to everyone who participated and those who donated to support their fundraising efforts.

Navigating the Canadian real estate market? - It's like playing Monopoly, but the properties are all on Bloor Street and you're just holding Baltic Ave cards! 🎩🏠 - Just heard a joke about unaffordable housing but... I couldn't afford the punchline. 🤑😂 - They say location, location, location, but I think they meant donation, donation, donation. 💸✨ Isn't it time we talked affordability, eh? 🇨🇦🏡 #RealEstateHumour #CanadianHousing #LocationLocationDonation

I am fascinated by this Cerulli Report which projects that wealth transferred through 2045 will total $84.4 trillion—$72.6 trillion in assets will be transferred to heirs, while $11.9 trillion will be donated to charities. https://lnkd.in/gVGVSKx2 More specifically, they anticipate the following generations will inherit the wealth:
