Introverts love remote work. I realized I’m much more productive WFH. No more dealing with: - Office distractions - Endless meetings - Commuting I’ve traded it for: - Flexibility - A quiet mind - A healthier body The truth is that people operate at their best in an environment that works for them. It can be hybrid, in-office, or entirely remote. For many introverts like me, it’s a dream lifestyle. And with tools like Fathom - AI Meeting Assistant, an AI note-taker that fully transcribes & summarizes my meetings, I’ve never been more productive and present working remotely. Remote work isn’t just a new way of working. It’s a new way of living. I can’t agree more. As an introvert myself, I truly appreciate the opportunity to work a in quiet surroundings of my home vs crazy busy office. And I am more productive when I am not surrounded by distractions.

I love remote work but I am an extrovert! Being remote allows me the flexibility to go on walks with friends or go work in a coffee shop with friends. My social energy is focused. My husband on the other hand is an introvert but loves going in the office.

If I had a good, permanent set-up, I'd definitely WFH more often. Right now, the kitchen table does the job, but in-office is a little better. Helps to have a short commute every day.
