Excited to share how as a Customer Success Manager, I leverage the Ask Fathom feature of the Fathom - AI Meeting Assistant to gain valuable insights after client calls. This tool has been instrumental in helping me understand client needs and identify areas for improvement. I've attached a screenshot showcasing how this feature provided me with a great reply to a specific question I asked. Here are some key questions that CSMs can ask AI to foster proactive client engagement: 1. Has the customer shared feedback on the value they've received from the platform? If so, please list. 2. Are there measurable metrics associated with the customer's usage? 3. How can we create an action plan to help the customer achieve their desired outcomes? 4.
