What an incredible experience! The drive up to Lime Rock Park in my R53 was smooth traveling, with no hiccups. Synced up with the FCP team at #GRIDLIFE and we raced a stock base R56 MINI in time attack on Friday. After the last session on Friday, we tore the car apart and transformed it into the REIN MINI CUPPER! New tires, wheels, brakes, Bilstein suspension, roll cage, Sparco race seat and an awesome livery! The modifications improved lap times by 10 seconds! I shared driving duties with Daniel Kruger, a very fast Sundae Cup competitor. He was able to pilot the MINI Cupper to within a couple seconds of the class leader with minimal seat time.
