This post is a continuation of the last The unwritten business plan assumes this is a steep hill climb to agreement with the Federal Reserve Banks, Federal Open Market Committee and ultimately the US Treasury to pay via monetary policy for the better and best levels of quality when and where parent choose better and best outcomes for the children. It must be driven by the private sector FED. FED funding with a gift by the private sector proxy is the ultimate hill climb. Parents will be required to choose and ask for the gift (contract) because importantly, there is no way to assume better and best quality outcomes are an inalienable right of citizenship. This is a real limitation of the public sector. The business plan of USA VALUES, LLC. assumes no positive cash flow from this generation of money from the Federal Reserve Bank given as a gift. In other words the US Treasury uses the gift to reduce the Federal Deficit. Period! The FED giving a gift directly to some private sector units for economic development or bailout is common. The history reflects an unfairness favoring those with financial assets. It will be a Saul to Paul conversion to become fair in a mirror to the common practice of Monthly Interest Paid on Excess Reserves that benefit greatly the 25 large dealer banks. It will take a KINDNESS attitude to give the gift to those who need it most. The private sector must offset the grinding disparities that exist, with gift giving. The revenue in the initial plan for USA VALUES, LLC. is from the Email March doing triple duty as the knowledge, product and introductory service for local grassroots leadership.
