In addition to this, I visited the store from which my package was shipped to request the store manager's email address for further investigation. I spoke with a representative named Paula Rainey, who initially offered to retrieve the store manager’s email address but later refused to provide it, claiming she could only pass along my contact information. This interaction was particularly troubling as Paula turned her name tag around after I had noted her name, and questioned why I needed to know her name when I asked again. This behavior from both the driver and the store representative is unacceptable and not in line with the standards I expect from FedEx. Furthermore, my children were home during this incident, and I shudder to think what might have happened had one of them opened the door to retrieve the package while the thief was present. I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly. I have reached out to a few of my neighbors and plan to organize via social media and local news outlets as I am certain that this particular incident is just one of many from this employee. I would like to believe that FedEx would take this situation and their customers safety seriously and this would not have to go further.

Nice PR but something is rotten at FedEx…..I thought it was just me so I started to search and found I’m not alone. Your Miami drivers mark packages as “attempted but customer was not home” even though they never attempted the delivery. This is the second day I’ve sat home waiting for my package and got the dreaded email that delivery was attempted when I know they didn't attempt to deliver…..no sticker, nor a driver in the recorded videos. I will make sure I verify anything I order is not delivered by FedEx and that everyone I know does the same.

Hello, I am writing to report a serious incident involving a recent package delivery and subsequent theft that occurred at my residence on Friday. I believe this matter warrants an immediate and thorough investigation. On Friday, at precisely 11:55 AM, a FedEx driver delivered a package to my home. The driver, as captured on my Ring doorbell camera, was talking on a cell phone and made a comment about “videos” before walking off after taking a picture of the package. Approximately 10 minutes after the FedEx truck left, a vehicle pulled up pasted my house assuming attempting to be out of view of my camera, and a masked individual exited the vehicle, walked directly to my home, and stole the package. The video footage obtained from my neighbor clearly shows the thief targeting my home specifically, without stopping at any other houses, despite other visible packages. Given the suspicious behavior of the FedEx driver and the immediate theft following the delivery, I suspect possible involvement of the driver in this incident. I would appreciate it if you could investigate how many packages delivered by this driver have been reported stolen.

Where are the managers in this miserable company? Do you see the extent of the complaints, or not? Very bad services Huge delays...losses Scams..corruptions no replies to calls and emails no real chat support with real agents as all big companies all around the world Where is your General Manager? Where is your customer service managers? Where is The CEO? Do you see all the corruptions or do you pretend not seeing?

Fedex is the worst, we paid $130 plus usd to have a package delivered to Jamaica and they said the package was out for delivery and would reach today, instead the delivery person didn't show up and marked that he tried to deliver the package and no one was home when someone was, we even have cameras installed that prove he didn't show up, and when you try to call fedex to fix the issue I just alot of run around, i don't recommend FedEx to not even my worse enemy they are charge so much money for subpar quality. I wish i knew where to go and who to contact but i would love to leave a nasty review online for the world to see reguarding Trace and the fraud department with in fed ex and possible theft !

Fedex is a good company..but with very bad management.
