📢 What's the top secret of Moi Panda? I will share the secret receipt! I have been asked often, why does it work? How will you differentiate from other language learning solutions? First of all, we are not just a language learning solution. Although it started from a direct symptom—my son refused to speak my mother tongue—the root cause is never the language itself. Kids can learn all kinds of languages if they are motivated. So, I found out the root cause is motivation. Language is just a symptom. Why does anyone have to learn a language? Language is just a tool. The purpose of a language is to communicate. Kids need a purpose to use that language. Without a purpose, they won't even use any language well. Often, it's not about the language; it's the communication skills that truly make a difference. Motivation is the key, the root cause. It answers the question. We may all have different purposes for using a language—for work, for love, for travel, you name it. But the common purpose is to communicate with people. For kids, the purpose can be simple: if the people are friends or future friends. Here is the simple secret recipe: The best way to master a language is to socialize. By doing that, you also learn and earn friendship, knowledge, cultural understanding, wisdom, communication skills, social and emotional skills and much more. For kids, and for us, adults. In the end, we are all human beings. Watch the video to know more! Let's socialize, starting from commenting. I believe we will all learn and earn. #LanguageLearning #Communication #Motivation #SocialSkills #ParentingHacks #CulturalUnderstanding #MoiPanda

Absolutely! When identifying the skills needed to succeed, language fluency seldom makes the list. Strong communication skills as a work requirement are often broadly defined. However, language fluency sets a clear expectation of proficiency that can sometimes be valued even more than technical competency. I recently came across an interesting post on Language Fluency https://www.linkedin.com/posts/quaquebeke_as-someone-who-works-primarily-in-an-englis[…]209272582145-aIB_?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop. by Niels Van Quaquebeke who shared some interesting insights on this subject. Taking it a step further, if we advocate for language fluency among young learners today and provide them with the right environment and platform, language fluency can become a powerful tool for future leaders of tomorrow.
