I'm back after my final leg of parental leave. 🐣 I'll admit, going out on leave was scary (for many reasons!) Like many of you, I secretly struggle to "clock out." There's just something so energizing (and yes, sometimes a little addicting..) about the challenges and wins in CX. My main worry was putting too much on my team while I was out. But I was blown away by how awesome my colleagues are. They stepped up big time, making sure everything ran smoothly. It's moments like these that remind me why my team rocks. And a shout-out to OpenSea for our fantastic parental leave policy! Being able to stagger time with my little one has been so great. I'm sharing a photo of us in "bubble world" here. We had such a blast. Now, I'm excited to catch up with everyone and dive back into all the exciting projects ahead. 🎉
