This month, Fetch returned to Birmingham, Alabama for our third annual Juneteenth Commemoration. Our Black at Fetch employee resource group built upon the theme of “Embracing the Golden Legacy of Black Excellence,” to create an engaging, celebratory and educational set of events for our staff. Fetch colleagues from across the country participated in a historical walking tour of the Civil Right District, a Black Excellence tech panel and a BBQ that highlighted local Black-owned restaurants. These events helped us honor this historic day and deepen our understanding of its significance.
Thank you to everyone who organized and participated in making this year’s commemoration a memorable and meaningful experience.
