With An average age of 27.5 years and with 50 percent of the population 24 years old or less, Saudi Arabia portends a great opportunity to excel in Sports. At a time where the league is seeing significant increases in global attendances due to some of the best players in the world playing Saudi Arabia, this is a good strategic partnership strategy from Adidas. Which expands on its partnership with the Saudi Arabian Football Federation. And its brand ambassador deals with some of Saudi Arabia’s men’s and women’s football players, including Farah Jefry, Saud Abdualhamed, Yasser Al Shahrani, and Mohammed Al Owais.    Sponsorship and partnerships in emerging markets can create strong first mover brand advantages. This also needs to be maintained through creating an emotive local connection with targeted audiences, using activations that culturally resonate and continuously help to build brand affinity. Leejam Sports, a Fortune 500 Arabia company, announced the opening of a new women's center in Jazan City, Saudi Arabia. The company said in a statement to the Saudi stock market (Tadawul) that the center is located on King Faisal Road, Al Safa neighborhood, in Jazan City. It will operate under the "Fitness Time - Ladies" brand and will also include high-quality sports equipment and the latest gym designs. It added that the financial impact of this opening will be reflected from the third quarter of 2024.
