We had the chance to join in at the e2i Career Summit 2024, hosted by the e2i, Employment & Employability Institute  on March 14, 2024.  The summit brought together industry leaders, employers, and professionals to address the pressing challenges of talent attraction, retention, and skill development.  We were particularly impressed by the discussions on the role of soft skills, such as emotional intelligence and communication, in complementing technical expertise. These skills are increasingly valuable in an age where AI and automation are reshaping job roles and industries. Moreover, the summit highlighted the crucial role of organizations like e2i in supporting both employers and employees in upskilling, reskilling, and building a future-ready workforce. We commend e2i for their commitment to driving positive change and creating opportunities for growth and development.
