My oldest son handed me over this morning the best medal ever, the one of BEST DAD 😍 I travel a lot for work but also try my best to be as present at home as I can so I couldn't be prouder about this achievement 😎 If you see me walking around the office carrying it, you know why 🤣 Happy weekend everyone !

Hi Network! PSA: It’s Friday! You know what that means: Time to celebrate our small (or big-ish) wins! 🥇 I will start by sharing that I do not deserve an award for being a role model this week. Because working through time off is not a badge of honor. It’s a sure path to exhaustion. I had to get stuff researched today and made that decision but my team rightfully reminded me to take my own kool aid. Not sure if what you did this week is a win? Here is my rule of thumb for wins: If it made you feel accomplished or good about yourself, it’s a win! And it’s absolutely up to you what makes you feel this way. Sure, you can read a lot here on LinkedIn what actually counts as “success”. But that’s measured by someone else’s standard. And that someone isn’t brushing your teeth, so why should they have a say? Brushing your teeth definitely counts as a win by the way. But I digress! Share your small and big wins with us and let’s celebrate having seen and completed another week! ❤️ #BeReal #OneSizeDoesNotFitAll #BeACaringHuman
