If you're interested in celebrating Women's History Month, consider showing your support for female entrepreneurs! Despite making up nearly half of the U.S. workforce, women are less inclined than men to venture into entrepreneurship. Shockingly, only 7% of Fortune 500 CEOs are women. Studies have demonstrated that female leadership fosters resilience during times of crisis. Even in the current presidential election, one female candidate, Nikki Haley, is trailing behind a male opponent who is known for unethical behavior. It's possible that Nikki would be performing better in the polls if she weren't a woman. Take a moment today to recognize and applaud at least two female entrepreneurs you know in celebration of Women's History Month!

March is Women’s History Month, a time for celebrating and uplifting the talented women that make our teams great. This month, Women’s History Month, I’m reminded to pause, reflect on, and acknowledge the progress I have made and honor those who have paved the way. It’s a call to action: to empower new generations of women and give them the courage, confidence, and willpower to continue making progress with purpose. "As we welcome Women's History Month in 2024, this year's theme of “Women Who Advocate for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion” stands out prominently. This theme highlights the remarkable contributions and achievements of women who have dedicated their lives to promoting equality and embracing diversity in all its forms."

A satistified soul can be measured by olur loved ones who cares about what decisions that we made and what we need for our lifes. So being succesful in our career is like a chain that is connected to other factors in our life. There is a theory about being successfull in life even if you are well fully educated and expreinced in our jobs. 1. At the right time and place 2. Working with the right people. 3. A Good support

When I was first trained on the weekly reports that are sent to class counsel I was told I just gather the data and send it to the project lead. As the company restructured and we were placed on teams, I was never told I should notify the project lead if I notice changes in numbers. During my annual review the only legitimate complaint was that there was an incorrect number on a weekly report I prepared for class counsel, I had forgotten to take out some test numbers prior to sending the report to get QC’d. Lara Jarjoura QC’d my work before it was sent to counsel. During my annual review she had the audacity to tell me that the number had increased so drastically that it was significant to the point I should have noticed the change and pointed it out. If my performance failed to meet expectations for this mistake, I would imagine the performance of the person who QC’d the numbers, failed to notice the large discrepancy, then submitted it to counsel probably isn’t meeting expectations either. Lara was one of the VPs I turned to as I was getting retaliated against, her advice was for me to stay positive.
