Puppies make a difference! By incorporating a touch of puppy love in our emails, we’ve increased our positive reply rate by 50%. For every email response we receive, regardless of its nature, we donate puppy food. Just last month, we donated 18,750 bowls of puppy food. Some clients hesitate to incorporate a charitable donation to puppies in their emails, thinking it might clash with their brand. But the data speaks for itself: people across all industries and management levels love puppies. This small touch catches attention and fosters a positive perception of the brand while feeding hungry pups! Imagine if replying to an email could help feed puppies.
