My personal journey has been trying things, falling over, failing and having to learn to get up, reset and go again. Even now, I am regularly in a place of discomfort and continuous learning while trying to achieve each of the 90 goals I set for myself. It is hard to continue at times, and I do regularly want to give up, but I have chosen to focus on the end goal and not the short-term ups and downs. Let's keep building and growing through all life's challenges.

Such quotes of glorifying failures are mainly applicable to rich societies who are graced , endowed with advantages,privileges, resources & have crossed the stage of survival .They have already reached a level of safety, security & financial assurance. Those thinkers & statesmen who belong to these advanced societies themselves say that developing nations should not try to emulate the rich economies as underprivilege have very less capacity & emotional, mental & financial bandwidth for such adventures .The rich economies enjoy the unique position & luxury to try &test thousands different weird & strange experiments to finally reach an outcome . I agree with their statement about developing & poor nations .The term failure sends the wrong message in the brain leading to chemical & hormonal changes at the molecular levels &severely hampers the motivation levels. Failures reduces the androgens the receptors of winning hormone testosterone & the motivation levels for learning & experimentation. Failures should not be romanticised & rather should be prevented .The skills of reframing is necessary to define the situation correctly & series of small wins will ensure that the individual power & confidence levels stay intact .
