RevOps is much more than focusing on business systems or sales and marketing operations.   Often, you have to be a business leader more than a RevOps leader. That means knowing when to say no and providing a true advisor capacity to your business partners.   Whilst strategic planning, prioritisation and improving cross-functional activity are important, for Akansha Aggarwal, the most important element of RevOps is maximising your business performance by being an objective, trusted partner to the business organisation.   That means bringing the most objective data points and perspectives to help influence decision-making.   You’re role is not to just agree to a single perspective.   Even if you disagree with someone, you must earn trust, be respectful and share your truth.   Check out more from Jeff Ignacio and Akansha in this week's episode of The RevOps Review, link in the comments!
