🎯"THE BEST THINGS ABOUT TIME IS, IT CHANGES...!!!"🎯 ✨The best example of changing times is the story of Tata Motors and Ford Motors,🚘 ✨In 1999 Tata wanted to sell their passenger car division to Ford Motors and get the answer that, "You do not know anything, why did you start the passenger car division at all"🧐 ✨In 2008 Tata Motors bought Land Rover and Jaguar from Ford Motors and they said, "Mr. Tata did Ford a big favor by buying the Jaguar and Land Rover brands."❤ During the combat phase, walk quietly, whether someone is with you or not, and always remember, 🎯"ये वक़्त भी गुज़र जाएगा"🎯 #timemanagement #timechange #timeforchange #success #sucessstories #motivation #motivationalquotes #inspiration #inspirational #hardwork #hardworkpaysoff #ratantata #tatamotors #linkedin #linkedincommunity #linkedinfamily #linkedinconnections #linkedinlearning #growth

Has Tata killed the Jaguar car brand or has it been on its backside for years anyway and just forced along? I think they make decent cars but they have never got to the top of my wish list and they have never sold that well for us as 2nd hand propositions. But shame to see them dumping the: Xj, Xf, F type, Epace, IPace!! Leaving just the F Pace larger SUV in production. To bring out another range of electric SUVs in the coming months and years. Worth it or is it now a brand that no one wants? Should JLR just stick with LR and Range Rover as a brand? LR I think will end up with just the RR, Defender and RR sport in future model line ups. The rest are allegedly not selling at profits. HR costs in the UK spiralling, and we wonder why they can’t make car production work and be profitable in the UK? Is that the cause or just shoddy designs and not enough being done for brand appeal in Jaguar’s case?

Which is Better, Toyota or Rolls-Royce? 🤔 They both manufacture cars, so it seems straightforward to compare Toyota and Rolls-Royce, right? Let's delve a bit deeper. Rolls-Royce boasts a storied heritage and unparalleled luxury. Synonymous with craftsmanship, exclusivity, and meticulous attention to detail, Rolls-Royce represents a commitment to perfection. But does this make it 'better' ❓ On the other hand, Toyota has been a pioneer in revolutionizing automotive manufacturing. The Toyota Production System (TPS) is a testament to efficiency, waste reduction, and the pursuit of continuous improvement. Does this efficiency make Toyota superior ❓ Consider the cost 💵 : A 2023 Rolls-Royce Phantom starts at around $460,000, reaching nearly $540,000 for the EWB model. Each vehicle is crafted over months, embodying bespoke luxury. On the flip side, an average Toyota costs less than 10% of a Rolls Royce Phantom, with a remarkable assembly time of just 18 hours. So, which environment resonates with you more? 🔘 If you're driven by efficiency, high-volume production, and impactful incremental improvements, the Toyota environment might be the place for you. 🔘 If you're drawn to artisanal craftsmanship and patient perfectionism, willing to invest months or years in your work before you realise any results, Rolls-Royce could be your match. 💡 The key isn't about which company is 'better' – it's about alignment. What matters is whether a company's values and actions resonate with your professional aspirations and ethos. If a company professes to be a Rolls Royce but operates like Toyota, there's a mismatch. Likewise, if you identify with Toyota's ethos but find yourself in a Rolls Royce environment, you might feel out of place. So, which one are you? Are your values aligned with your company's? Have you encountered organizations that seem to blur the lines between their stated values and actual practices? I would love to hear some examples 😃 #CareerChoices #Toyota #RollsRoyce #ProfessionalGrowth

JLR, Aston Martin, Nissan, Vauxhall and Bentley all make cars in the UK, but the nation's automotive giants employ just a fraction of the total electric vehicle (EV) talent. The vast majority of people in the UK with the skills required to build EVs and EV infrastructure work outside the nation's large carmakers, according to recent data. #talentinsight #businessadvisory
