Since that opening, we've added two more stores in Amsterdam and Brussels, which quickly gained significant traction within their first few months. Here are two key strategies we've focused on as new stores in the area to establish our reputation: ✅ Emphasizing exclusive after-sales support, especially for large products like furniture ensuring customer satisfaction is crucial for retention! ✅ Conducting constant tests on our interior design. Every 3 months, we change certain layouts in our stores to see if we can influence the sales of specific products by highlighting them.
