This is what I strive for every day!
Nothing like having the acknowledgement of a client who is happy.
Paula Patterson at the Pinellas Park Staffworks is truly great to work with. It’s incredibly difficult to find people who care about your business as much as you do, and Paula is that person. Paula and the team at Staffworks have brought amazing people into my organization which has resulted in better customer service and an increase in revenue.

No beating around the bush with Noel Gallagher 😂
ITERATION: Acting on customer feedback usually leads to iterative improvements of an organisations current offerings and/or products. Many of these iterations are worth pursuing, however, they rarely lead to signifiant improvements in competitive advantage. Product interations pose little risk.
INNOVATION: Providing customers with something new, something outside their current thinking, something they didn't know they wanted, can lead to true innovation. This is where significant improvements in competitive advantage can be made, however, there is risk involved.
Rather than truly innovate, many only iterate as they believe it's safe. It may be safe in the short term, however, if you competitive advantage is eroded over time, it's far from safe long term.
Are you innovating or iterating?
Would love to see your comments/ideas/thoughts.

We apparently won a thing. Local Business Person of the Year in Gettysburg.
In our latest blog, we dive into the often-overlooked side of business contests. Sure, winning is great (and we're super grateful!), but we also know these competitions can be more about popularity and less about the quality of work or service. 🤔
We entered not to just win, but to understand the process. What we found? It's surprisingly easy to tip the scales.
So, while we're celebrating 🥳, let's also remember the true measure of a business's worth: genuine customer satisfaction, quality service, and community impact.
Check out our blog for the full scoop and a behind-the-scenes look at business awards.
